From my initial enquiry to completion Mark and his team provided a first class service. No hard sell or awkward silences which often occur when dealing with businessmen. Mark made me feel relaxed and at ease and listened and advised accordingly. He explained step by step in 'lay man's' terms the planning, purchasing, installation and completion details and like clockwork the process was completed as described! First class service throughout - I would recommend him 100%.

Mark stripped out our old kitchen work tops and fitted new ones for us, he also fitted a new ceramic sink and tap. We chose to use Mark as he had an impressive portfolio of previous work and was able to connect us with other reliable tradespeople that we needed to complete our kitchen renovation. Mark and Tom did a really first rate job fitting our difficult small kitchen. He kept us informed at all times of his schedule and started the job on time. Despite the normal problems encountered in the fit process he was able to come up with good solutions, which allowed him to complete the job ahead of schedule. His attention to detail is really good and the kitchen fits perfectly. During the job he continuously tidied up, kept the mess down to a minimum and packed all the tools away every night, allowing us to continue on as normal. My only regret is not using him from the start. We purchased the kitchen before we contacted Mark and I think that if we had used him from the beginning we could have resolved some of the troubles encountered during the fit a lot earlier and saved money. I would thoroughly recommend MKS Kitchens to anyone thinking of getting their kitchen replaced.

I found mark an extremely skillful fitter. His work was of the highest standard . Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with one of our worktops which he brought to our attention, which the untrained eye wouldnt have noticed. Instead of just fitting it , he advised us to change it which we did , even though it cost him extra time on the job. Its a nice change to have a genuine guy to do work for you. I cant recommend him highly enough . A great job!

A massive thanks to Mark, Chris, Tom and the other tradespeople they bought in when necessary to fit my kitchen, it looks fantastic! This was a small space but a tricky project, they literally had to gut the whole room. Mark and Chris came round twice before submitting a quote, taking all the finer details of my plans (which they managed to remember better than me). The quote was all inclusive and competitive, and importantly did not change during the project. They took a bit longer to complete the job than first thought, but this was partly due to me adding and changing things at the last minute. They kept everything tidy, turned up everyday at 7.30 as they said and coordinated the whole project for me, including sourcing the cupboards, appliances and tiles. I also used the Oxford Benchmarx kitchen that they supply which looks really great. Everything has been nicely finished, including small details that I would not have noticed. Mark also made me a bespoke mantle for over my hob - all I gave him was a picture and he has made something that looks even better. I could not have asked for a better experience, not at all stressful, very accomodating, and I am already planning to have them back to do some bespoke storage for the rest of the house when they can squeeze me in. I would not hesitate to recommend MKS to anyone. Thanks guys.

Very good service throughout the whole project. They took considerable time and effort to ensure the planning phase was thorough and flexible. Their recommendations enabled us to choose better quality and better value products for units, appliances, flooring, work surfaces and splash backs. The project, despite being complex, was managed in a manner that inspired trust and brought the works to a very satisfactory conclusion. We now have a superb living space which is a joy to use and boasts a level of quality which is rare to find.

Mark managed the installation, coordinated with other contractors for gas and electric when required, detailed all items we needed, and coped well when unexpected issues came up during the install. He even worked an extra morning to get the work done but kept to the original quote. A good job.
